Al-Fe Heat Treating: Wadsworth, OH
979 Seville Road • Wadsworth, OH 44281 • (330) 336.0211
The Wadsworth, Ohio facility was built in 1990. This facility is NADCAP certified to heat treat aluminum for aerospace and military/defense applications. While we process a lot of metal for the aerospace and military markets, other markets served include automotive, electrical, and industrial products.
This small work cube furnace allows for cost effective processing, perfect for Research & Development projects and prototype work. The HyperQuench furnace delivers improved mechanical properties based on a 5-second quench delay. This short quench delay also meets the requirements of many aerospace specifications. An electric furnace, the HyperQuench uses no products of combustion, making it a good fit for specification work including NADCAP, aerospace, and military, among others. The HyperQuench furnace offers both water and glycol quench media.
