Alfe Heat Treating in Charlotte, North Carolina, (formerly Piedmont Heat Treating) was acquired in December 1997. This division has been in business for over 40 years and has always been known as a quality heat treating operation in the Southeast region of the country. We specialize in various types of ferrous heat treating such as quench and temper, annealing, normalizing, and hardening. Our heat treat processes typically employ either vacuum or protective atmospheres. We are located near the heart of Charlotte's business district close to all the major interstates.

Our reputation of being quality driven and customer oriented comes as no accident. We are fortunate to employ a large number of experienced individuals with a wealth of practical heat treating and technical knowledge.
